Our Fees and Charges
For our mortgage advice services, we will charge a fee between £249 and to a maximum of £1,500. Once we have sufficient information to determine your fee we will confirm this to you in writing in illustration. You will receive a Mortgage Illustration which will tell you about any fees relating to a particular mortgage. The fee is payable on application. For insurance products we will receive commission from the product provider. We will not charge separate fees for these services.

Therefore, if the property is in England or Wales, the law of England & Wales applies; if the property is in Scotland, the law of Scotland applies; if the property is in Northern Ireland, the law of Northern Ireland applies. All communication will be in English.”
